Kilimambogo Highways Building and Technology (KIHBTECH) is a private institution in Kiambu County, Thika. The institution was started with a specific objective of training infrastructural related courses to people in both private and public sectors in Kenya and internationally. KIHBTECH trains in a wide range of courses related to building and construction. Our training extends to operating machinery commonly used at construction and building sites. We are located in Landless along Thika – Garissa road 12kilometers from Thika town.
The college has latest technology machines and equipments that guarantee best machine and operations skills to learners for the fast growing infrastructure industry. Among our pioneer courses is our Plant Operator course that is designed for those willing to take jobs in operating earthmoving and lifting machines in construction sites or in many other places like manufacturing industries, Airport, Ports among others. This course takes four weeks to complete after which a certificate of competence is issued.
KIHBTECH has qualified and certified trainers with wealth of experience having worked with reputable institutions globally like National Youth Service, US military, Afghanistan, UN security agencies among others. We have tailored our courses to fit in with the current devolved system of government like County government as well as international standards.
